Clear aligners are a system that is fitted to the precise dimensions of your teeth and made from thin clear plastic, meaning that they are hardly noticeable at all. Clear aligners slowly move your teeth to the desired positions by exerting gentle continuous pressure on your teeth. As your straightening treatment progresses, you will need to have new clear aligners fitted in order to achieve the final desired result. As this system is removable, it enables you to carry out your social and work life as normal, without putting any restriction on what you can eat or drink.
The Inman Aligner is another system which enables front teeth to be aligned quickly and safely. It is a removable appliance and can be used on its own or in conjunction with other systems, as a preliminary treatment, before further cosmetic options are used.
Six Month Smiles differ from aligners in the way that they use unique clear brackets that are bonded to the teeth with tooth coloured wires. This system gives more control over the movements of the teeth and can be used as a solution in more cases than aligners.
